Sophie Turpin
As Senior Director, Sophie’s role is leading the firm while continuing to work closely with key client accounts on their executive appointments and the delivery of executive search mandates across the globe.
Sophie, a graduate of Sciences Po, started her career in commercial and investment banking in Paris and London before joining Alderwick Consulting in 2006.
Sophie is certified by the British Psychological Society and can provide analysis on accredited candidate psychometric assessments.

Lucy Wood
Lucy handles a range of operational responsibilities and executive search assignments.
Lucy holds a first-class degree in Politics from the University of Bristol and began her professional career working at Deloitte, London, where she qualified as an ACA chartered accountant. Lucy then returned to politics as a Director at think tank Re:State, an independent, non-partisan charitable organisation, prior to joining Alderwick Consulting in 2021.
Lucy is certified by the British Psychological Society and can provide analysis on accredited candidate psychometric assessments.

Jeremy Alderwick
