Established in 1993, Alderwick Consulting has been working with clients around the world to hire and retain talent for over 30 years,from some of the world’s largest and most successful organisations, to mid-cap and fast-growing SMEs, to Private Equity backed companies.

We specialise in identifying high-calibre international candidates who will have impact within our client companies and thrive in their careers.
We have a track record of successfully placing hard-to-fill roles, for example, due to confidentiality, sensitivity, difficulty of location, specific or unusual combinations of experience and skills required, or roles that need to be sold convincingly because candidates are in short supply.

We work globally and are very familiar with the talent pools and working cultures and practices in the major markets across Europe, the US and APAC.
